Well it’s been ages since I last posted, so an entire summer has passed. Since then the grapes have been harvested and the vines are beginning to turn colour. There’s not too much to do in the vineard before the leaves have fallen, so our attentions turn to the wine.
We just have our last grape, the Grenache, the press and then we’ll batten down the hatches for the winter. We have around 200 bottles of the 2011 left to bottle and it has received very positive comments. I love it – much lighter than before and deliciously fruity. Call us if you’d like some (‘though I’m afraid it has to be collected in person).
